## Description

Down Under Visa is a family-run Australian migration practice based in Manila, serving individuals and couples in the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and across Southeast Asia. Registered Migration Agent Jeff Harvie (MARN 0959797) leads the practice with Mila Harvie and office manager Remy. Jeff and Mila draw on their own Australian-Filipina relationship and experience navigating the visa process, bringing personal understanding to clients seeking to reunite with loved ones.

The practice specialises in Australian partner and tourist visas, including spouse, de facto and prospective marriage applications, as well as Visitor visas (Subclass 600). Its services also cover child, family and parent visas, citizenship by descent or conferral, and appeals through the Administrative Review Tribunal. Down Under Visa professionally manages applications and offers help with refusals, requests for information, health or character concerns, natural justice letters, and reviews of applications prepared by clients themselves. Resources include a free visa assessment, guidance on choosing a visa, a DIY application repair service, a knowledge base, FAQs, articles, videos and client testimonials.
