## Description

ToHR, also known as Toru Chikazawa, is a psychiatrist, artist, and IT entrepreneur whose work brings together technology and personal expression. He began running the IT ROCK company in 2019 while attending medical university, drawing on his programming skills. The site presents IT ROCK alongside ToHR’s creative identity, describing music, films, books, and other forms of art as central influences. ToHR shares his music through SoundCloud and uses the website to express and document his experiences, ideas, and anger at personal and societal challenges. His inspirations span films, anime, literature, philosophy, and video games, with works ranging from The Matrix and Akira to 1984 and The Art of War. The site also identifies Chikazawa as Chief Executive Officer of Medi Face, Ltd. and Legal Doctor Inc., and notes medical affiliations with Hokkaido University and Keio University Hospital. ToHR’s brand is an individual, evolving creative project connecting his professional life in medicine and technology with a broad, eclectic artistic perspective.
