## Description

Dragon Fire BJJ is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school in Great Falls, Montana, offering training for adults, women, and children. Its classes teach grappling techniques that use leverage and control, helping students develop practical self-defense skills, fitness, and confidence. The program welcomes beginners and people of varied fitness levels, and the school notes that participants are never too old to start. Group sessions are closely monitored, with private lessons available by request.

Children’s programs are organized by age, with Little Dragons for ages 3–5 and separate classes for ages 6–9 and 10–13. Adult training includes technique instruction, drilling, and a curriculum for blue belts and above; women’s classes are also offered. The school describes its kids’ program as emphasizing discipline, confidence, and lessons related to bullying alongside martial arts.

Owner and lead instructor Preston Bludworth is a first-degree black belt under Professor Keith Owen and an affiliate of Team Rhino Gracie Jiu Jitsu. Dragon Fire BJJ offers a complimentary trial class for new members.
