## Description

Draig Behaviour Consultancy is a specialist behaviour consultancy based near Cardiff, South Wales, providing support across England and Wales. It works with families, carers, residential care teams and other professionals to improve outcomes for children and adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or experiences of childhood adversity. Its services include behaviour assessment, individual intervention planning and practical strategies to prevent placement breakdown. For care providers, the consultancy also supports the organisation-wide implementation of therapeutic frameworks, including the Trauma Recovery Model and Positive Behaviour Support. This long-term guidance is designed to help services bridge the gap between staff training and meaningful changes in everyday practice, organisational culture and service delivery. Draig Behaviour Consultancy describes its work as positive and trauma-informed, with attention to each person’s needs and quality of life. Families and organisations can also access behaviour strategy and advice articles, case studies and FAQs, or contact the consultancy to discuss support. Its approach combines individual behaviour support with systems-focused work to help translate therapeutic models into practical, consistent care.
