## Description

Draper Park Mountain Biking Team is a youth development team for students attending Draper Park Middle School in Utah. As part of the Utah High School Mountain Bike League and the National Interscholastic Cycling League (NICA), it welcomes eligible students entering seventh or eighth grade for the 2026–2027 school year. The team focuses on helping young riders build mountain biking skills and prepare to ride and compete safely. Coaches provide training and practices, with schedules changing through the season: sessions take place on selected Tuesday and Thursday evenings in April and May, early mornings from June to mid-August, and evenings from late August through September. The team also organizes participation in regional races, with the 2026 schedule listing events at Soldier Hollow, Eagle Mountain, and Moab. Draper Park MTB describes itself as a community and has consistently been among the nation’s largest middle school mountain biking teams over the past 12 years.
