## Description

Drawbridge is an independent cybersecurity specialist focused exclusively on alternative investment firms, including hedge fund managers, private equity firms, and portfolio companies. Serving the sector since 2018, it combines cybersecurity technology with expert advisory to help organizations protect capital, returns, and reputations, and demonstrate their commitment to cyber resilience. Unlike general IT providers, Drawbridge focuses solely on cybersecurity, offering impartial assessments without bundled IT services or related conflicts of interest.

Its services are designed for firms managing capital in private markets. They can be engaged individually, added to an existing security program, or combined with the Drawbridge Cyber Risk Intelligence platform. Offerings include cyber assessments and analysis, peer benchmarking and scoring, remediation planning, regulatory readiness, and private equity portfolio analytics and company tracking. Drawbridge also provides vulnerability scanning, cybersecurity training and policies, cloud assessments, penetration testing, tabletop exercises, vendor risk assessments, and AI risk intelligence. The company supports clients with raising capital, regulatory preparation, incident response, and fund operations, helping them address cyber risks and investor due diligence.
