## Description

Dr. Claudia Kanitz is a former dentist, author, and person living with Long COVID and related post-infectious conditions. After 25 years running a dental practice in Hamburg, her health deteriorated following multiple COVID infections in 2022. She now draws on her medical background and lived experience to explain complex health topics in accessible language and support people affected by Long COVID, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, Post-Vac, and chronic fatigue.

Her main offering is the book Long Covid · Long Story: Nicht geheilt. Aber zurück., published by Forward Verlag. It combines personal experience with explanations, practical steps, checklists, and tools intended to help readers understand their condition and navigate daily life. Kanitz also shares educational articles through her online magazine, hosts a podcast, and offers coaching and community resources. Her approach includes the NeuroBreath concept, the NAVI orientation model, and a framework of six interconnected areas of health. The website also provides a free PEM self-check for initial orientation, while clearly noting that it is not a medical test or substitute for professional care.
