## Description

Dream Foundation is a nonprofit organization that aims to give life to final dreams for terminally-ill adults and their families. They provide end-of-life dreams that offer inspiration, comfort, and closure. Through their Dream Program, Dreams for Veterans, and Flower Empower initiative, Dream Foundation has served over 34,000 dreams across the country, impacting countless family members, healthcare providers, and volunteers. They offer a wide range of dreams, from family vacations to meeting favorite teams, participating in art retrospectives, renewing wedding vows, and more. In an independent study conducted in partnership with the American Psychiatric Association, 80% of dream recipients reported a greater sense of well-being after fulfilling their dreams. All dreams are made possible thanks to the generous support of individual sponsors and corporate partners. Dream Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
