## Description

DREAM (Danish Research Institute for Economic Analysis and Modelling) is an independent institution with its own board and a team of around 30 specialists in economic modelling. Since 1997, it has developed and applied tools to analyse the Danish economy and assess economic and policy developments over both the short and long term. Its work spans public finances and fiscal sustainability, macroeconomics, demographics, education, climate and energy, housing, the labour market and pensions. DREAM has developed five economic models and three demographic projections, enabling national economic and distributional analyses. The institute helps public and private organisations evaluate the effects of policy measures and provides independent, evidence-based analysis to support informed decisions. Its services include economic forecasts, policy evaluations, data-driven studies and the development of new analytical methods. DREAM also offers courses in its MAKRO and GrønREFORM models, as well as access to a GAMS server. Through its models, methods and research, DREAM provides practical analytical resources for understanding key issues in Denmark’s economy.
