## Description

Dre Erwin Photography is a Saskatchewan-based brand combining northern landscape photography with storytelling, community engagement, and youth-focused therapeutic work. Founded by Dre Erwin, a photographer, registered nurse, and children’s book author, the brand shares the beauty of northern Saskatchewan while encouraging young people to notice the world around them and find hope in their communities. Its work includes fine art prints, digital prints, custom prints, gift cards, and printing and framing guidance, alongside books such as When the Sky Danced. The website also offers northern lights forecasts, photography resources, free activities for teachers and students, and information about aurora science, legends, and cultural significance. Through workshops and initiatives including the Pinehouse Photography Club, Dre uses photography to foster connection, resilience, and creative expression among youth. The brand provides resources for schools and libraries, guidance on starting a photography club, and opportunities to equip or donate to community programs. Rooted in Treaty 4 Territory and extending to Sandy Bay in Treaty 10, its storytelling emphasizes community connection and a commitment to Truth and Reconciliation.
