This groundbreaking approach encompasses direct engagement of myeloid and cancer cells, stimulation of myeloid cells to release key cytokines and chemokines, phagocytosis and killing of tumor cells, and activation of tumor-specific T cells to elicit durable anti-tumor immune responses.
