## Description

Drive is a groundbreaking, non-profit organization established in 1981 to support individuals with learning disabilities in transitioning from large institutions to ordinary housing in local communities. Our mission is to empower and enable individuals with various disabilities, including learning disabilities, mental health issues, physical disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, complex health needs, dementia, and those who challenge services. We provide a wide range of support services across South East Wales. For individuals living independently or sharing a household, we offer supported living services to help maintain tenancies with Registered Social Landlords. Additionally, we provide domiciliary care services for those who require less support, whether living with families or in their own homes. Our services also include short-term care, community hubs, and a respite service in Pontyclun. At Drive, our uniqueness lies in our commitment to co-production, involving families and individuals in planning and developing our vision. We strive to help people live the life they choose, emphasizing Your Life, Your Way. We work in partnership with six local authorities, and we are dedicated to eliminating all forms of discrimination while providing equality of opportunity. Our directors and senior managers are strongly committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, and they lead by example to ensure every employee abides by our policy. Join us in making a difference by getting involved or making a donation. Contact us to learn more about the support we offer.
