## Description

Dr. Jan Newman is a psychologist, executive coach, and entrepreneur who helps executives, founders, entrepreneurs, and other high-performing professionals build more meaningful lives and careers. Drawing on her background as a corporate attorney, clinical psychologist, researcher, and board-certified coach, she offers a research-backed approach to lasting change rather than another set of productivity hacks. Her coaching uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles to help clients clarify their authentic values, make deliberate choices, and align their goals, habits, schedules, and work with what matters most.

Newman provides one-to-one coaching for leaders seeking greater effectiveness and fulfillment at work and home, as well as training for coaches who want to strengthen their core coaching skills. Her work addresses challenges such as burnout, operating on autopilot, feeling stuck, and achieving success that feels hollow. The website also offers courses, a podcast, and free resources, including a daily action planner and materials on managing the nervous system and finding purpose.
