Established in 1933, the association has more than 500 members, including over 20 active volunteers and more than 490 supporting members. Its work focuses on community care, emergency response, medical support at public events, and civil protection. The volunteer team provides “Helfer vor Ort” assistance, helping bridge the time before professional emergency services arrive. Its medical teams support events such as concerts, sports matches, parades, and street festivals, while blood donation campaigns contribute to wider community needs. The association also offers first aid courses for the general public, including training focused on children, as well as guidance to help people prepare for emergencies. Additional activities include social support and a senior exercise group for people aged 55 and over. The DRK-Ortsverein welcomes new active volunteers from age 16 and invites community members to take part, donate, give blood, or become supporting members. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Public Health and Safety _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/drkboennigheim) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/drk_boennigheim) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idSwf0hcgc/w/820/h/103/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793228148342) - icon _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idSwf0hcgc/w/486/h/486/theme/dark/icon.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793228148725) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Red | #e60005 | accent | | Lochmara | #008ccd | dark | | Viking | #73b9dd | light | ## Fonts - lib.$font-main — asset _(custom)_ - lib.$font-main — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
