## Description

Mami heilt is the educational health brand of Dr. med. Susanna Kemper-Margaritis, a paediatrician with 24 years of experience and a mother for 20 years. Based in Switzerland, she identifies as a specialist in paediatrics and adolescent medicine, with additional expertise in naturopathy for children. The brand supports mothers who want to understand how to care for children through common illnesses at home and when professional medical attention is needed.

Mami heilt offers online courses, a blog, free workshops and downloadable guides. Its content includes practical advice on childhood coughs, natural approaches to care, and ways to respond to recurring infections. A free workshop, “Bye Bye, Dauerkrank!”, introduces common mistakes that may contribute to children becoming ill more often, while a cough guide shares steps intended to ease a child’s discomfort and information about possible triggers. Dr. Susanna draws on her medical background and personal experience as a parent to explain these topics and help mothers feel more informed and confident.
