## Description

Dr Khan’s Teaching (DKT) is a free virtual radiology education platform created in June 2020 to support learners affected by disruption to teaching and training. Run by passionate volunteer teachers, including radiology registrars and junior doctors, DKT aims to provide high-quality education aligned with the Royal College of Radiologists curriculum and help trainees develop into competent, safe radiologists.

Its main offering is a two-year programme for first-year radiology specialty trainees (ST1), designed to build knowledge across the curriculum and prepare participants for the FRCR 2B examination. For fourth-year trainees (ST4), DKT provides the Basildon FRCR 2B “A to Zee” Courses, a three-month series of revision sessions covering the curriculum ahead of the exam. The platform also offers half-day X-ray workshops for medical students, introducing essential radiology knowledge for exams and early clinical practice.

Delivered in a virtual classroom format and free of charge, DKT makes its teaching accessible to learners internationally. Its volunteer faculty and contributors support a broad programme of sessions, which has reached attendees across 131 countries.
