## Description

Apache KIE is an open-source business automation initiative undergoing incubation at the Apache Software Foundation. It brings together established technologies for building and managing automated business processes and decision systems, including Drools, OptaPlanner, jBPM, Kogito, and SonataFlow. The project presents these components as part of a shared ecosystem, supported by tools, documentation, examples, and downloadable resources to help users explore and apply the technologies.

Apache KIE also provides ways for users and developers to get involved through mailing lists and Zulip chat, alongside community channels such as Twitter and YouTube. Its website offers information about the project, access to code, and links to learning materials and examples.
