## Description

Latvijas Drošāka interneta centrs (Drossinternets.lv) is a Latvian organisation dedicated to helping people use the internet safely and responsibly. It educates and informs the public about online safety, develops media-use skills, and provides ways to report harmful or illegal content and other online violations. Its resources address topics including artificial intelligence in education, children’s privacy, cyberbullying, internet dependency, social networks, passwords, sexting, online gaming, and parental controls.

The centre offers educational materials and activities for children, young people, parents, teachers, schools, and libraries. These include online-safety stories and exercises for children aged 7–12, learning games, digital tools, materials for camps, and resources for educators. The stories are also available as audio recordings. The organisation publishes news updates and articles, runs interactive workshops and activities, and offers lessons that participants can sign up for. People can report online concerns through its website or call the 116111 helpline for support. Through these services, Drossinternets.lv promotes safer, more informed, and more thoughtful participation in digital life.
