## Description

Druthers Brewing Company is a New York-based brewpub brand pairing handcrafted beer with elevated comfort food. Its approach to food centers on familiar flavors served in appealing combinations, while its brewing philosophy emphasizes quality ingredients, careful craftsmanship, and a willingness to experiment for different tastes. The company presents its beer as a tribute to people who follow their convictions, take chances, and choose their own path.

Druthers operates locations in Saratoga Springs, Albany, Schenectady, and Clifton Park, alongside Lago by Druthers and Blackbirds Tavern by Druthers. Guests can explore the brewpub menu and offerings at its partner concepts, make reservations, or order food for takeout and delivery at participating locations. Druthers also provides private events and catering services, along with gift cards and a Mug Club. Its brewery and beer program are complemented by a monthly newsletter featuring updates on beer releases, menu items, events, and a chance to win branded merchandise. The company also shares community news and stories through its blog.
