## Description

The platform offers essential training modules for individuals working as direct support staff in licensed community care homes, including administrators who provide direct care. Both Year 1 and Year 2 training programs are available at no cost, allowing participants to choose their path towards certification. 

In addition to the mandatory training, eDSPT introduces the Direct Support Professional University (DSPU), an optional program created to enhance professional development. Offered through the Employee Development, Growth, and Education (EDGE) learning management system, DSPU allows DSPs the flexibility to learn at their own pace and select topics that are most beneficial to them.
