## Description

DUAS Architetti is an architecture practice based in Pescara, Italy, founded in 2018 by architects Giuseppe Sipala and Lino Di Criscio. Building on their earlier experience with SAUD projects, the founders established the studio to pursue a new professional direction, drawing on work in residential, commercial and urban planning in Italy and abroad. In 2021, the practice became DUAS ARCHITETTI Srl.

The studio provides architectural design services from concept development through to construction supervision. Its work includes residential projects, villas, apartment interiors, commercial spaces and urban planning. The portfolio features projects such as Palazzo Cesare De Titta, Francavilla One, Hotel Serena Majestic, Master Office, school facilities and homes in locations including Pescara, Spoltore and Ravenna. The practice also undertakes interior design, with projects ranging from apartments to a Milan loft.

DUAS Architetti emphasizes collaboration with other professionals and integrates design experience with technical knowledge. Its founders bring backgrounds in architectural research and design competitions, with work presented in publications and at the 2004 Venice Architecture Biennale.
