Founded in 1999, our mission is to train the chefs, managers, entrepreneurs, and citizens of tomorrow. We share the expertise and vision of the iconic chef Alain Ducasse to aim for excellence in practice.
Our flagship programs, offered in both English and French, combine technical, managerial, and entrepreneurial skills. We offer a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, a Bachelor's degree in French Pastry Arts, and a Higher Diploma in Pastry Arts. The latter two programs prepare students for the title of Registered Pastry Chef, certified by the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP) under file number 35987.
For those looking to switch careers or passionate about gastronomy, our practical-oriented training programs offer the perfect springboard into the world of food and pastry. Additionally, we provide professional development courses for culinary professionals in our campuses or off-site.
