Duet: Partners In Health & Aging is an interfaith non-profit organization that has been serving the Phoenix community for over 40 years. Started in 1981, Duet's mission is to promote health and well-being by offering vital and free-of-charge services to homebound adults, family caregivers, faith communities, and grandfamilies. They believe in the power of partnerships, working collaboratively with individuals, businesses, non-profits, governments, and faith communities to deliver their services.

Duet offers a wide range of services, including comprehensive support for family caregivers, assistance for grandparents raising grandchildren, volunteer services for homebound adults, and congregational health programs led by faith community nurses. They are dedicated to meeting pressing needs that may not be addressed by other organizations. To achieve their goals, Duet relies on the support of caring partners and the dedication of compassionate volunteers.
