## Description

DC Plan Management is a participant-focused service from Duharte Consulting, established in 2016 by parents of children with disability. Drawing on more than 40 years of experience across disability, mental health and aged care, its team includes people with backgrounds in NDIS services, bookkeeping, business and disability advocacy. The service helps NDIS participants manage their plan funding by receiving provider invoices, claiming the relevant amounts from participants’ plans and paying providers on their behalf.

Participants can access dedicated liaisons, online funding views and tracking through the Careview Plan Management App, detailed monthly reports, online invoice approvals and fast invoice processing. DC Plan Management also accepts mid-plan referrals and provides quotes for participants to share with NDIS auditors. Its approach is designed to be person-centred, family-friendly and straightforward, with support for participants’ choices and decision-making. Getting started involves an introductory conversation, a service agreement and returning the signed agreement; service can then begin.
