## Description

VNAA is a professional paragliding school in Vietnam and describes itself as the country’s first school to meet international APPI standards, set by the Swiss-based organization. Its instructors have more than 10 years of experience, and the school aims to build a strong paragliding community in Vietnam. VNAA offers structured training for beginners and progressing pilots, including APPI 1, an introductory course with theory and four days of practical instruction, and APPI 2 for graduates with at least 20 inland flights. It also runs additional skills training and assesses pilots who trained elsewhere, with theory and practical tests for APPI certification. For people without prior experience or a certificate, VNAA provides tandem flights with an instructor, offering an opportunity to experience paragliding and view the scenery from above. The school also supplies paragliding equipment, including products from German manufacturer Skywalk; VNAA says its instructors have worked with the company to import and distribute its products in Vietnam since 2013.
