## Description

Dumi is an Indonesian digital lending and funding service operated by PT Fidac Inovasi Teknologi. It focuses on civil servants (ASN) and eligible employees with fixed incomes at participating institutions, offering financing for needs such as emergencies, home renovations, education, and business capital. Applicants must work for an institution that has partnered with Dumi and apply through its mobile app. The company describes its service as officially licensed and supervised by Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (OJK), and says it has held ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for information security management.

Dumi offers multipurpose loans of up to Rp350 million, with flexible repayment terms of up to 15 years and a stated repayment cost of 9.9% per year. It highlights transparent fees, with no undisclosed charges, and repayments are made through virtual accounts. The platform connects borrowers and funders, while clearly warning that lending involves risk, including the possibility of loss for funders and repayment obligations for borrowers.
