## Description

DURA CONNECT is an equine connection therapy provider based in Pimpama, Queensland, between the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Its programs use guided interaction with horses to support personal growth, healing, and therapeutic goals in a calm, welcoming setting. The organisation describes equine-assisted learning as a promising way to promote emotional wellbeing, trust, and relaxation, and notes its relevance to currently serving and former veterans, first responders, and people with disabilities. Sessions are led by Simon Durante, identified as a Certified Equine Psychotherapy Practitioner, and are designed to help participants strengthen their connection with horses while developing a meaningful, supportive bond. Services include individual Equine Connection Sessions, NDIS Equine activities, “Pat and Brush” sessions, Feed and Bond sessions, and group Equine Connection sessions. DURA CONNECT invites participants to explore its programs and book appointments online; gift cards are also available. The organisation’s Pimpama location serves visitors from the surrounding Gold Coast and Brisbane region. For enquiries, it can be contacted by phone or email.
