## Description

DOWA, or the Dutch Offshore Wind Atlas, is a comprehensive project dedicated to providing vital weather and environmental data specifically for offshore wind energy development in the Netherlands. The DOWA dataset includes an extensive collection of daily 3D files and ten-year time series data, sourced from the KNMI Data Platform.
