## Description

Dynamic Transition provides psychology-informed coaching, therapy, and consulting for professionals, leaders, organizations, and parents. Its work focuses on imposter syndrome, confidence, burnout, career decisions, and the pressures that can arise in high-stakes or highly visible roles. The practice helps clients understand patterns such as over-preparing, discounting success, avoiding self-advocacy, and struggling to set boundaries, then build practical strategies for change.

Services include executive and career coaching, self-paced programs, a focused imposter syndrome bootcamp, and tailored support for medical and healthcare professionals. Coaching can help clients clarify their career direction, communicate their value, prepare for performance reviews, strengthen leadership visibility, and navigate promotions or transitions with greater agency. Therapy is available when emotional distress, anxiety, burnout, relationship concerns, or longstanding patterns affect daily life or work. For organizations, Dynamic Transition offers speaking and training to address confidence, burnout prevention, and healthier performance cultures. The practice also supports parents seeking to nurture children’s self-trust and confidence.
