MITSUBA Group, operated by Mitsuba Co., Ltd., was founded in 1986 and is guided by the principle of bringing smiles to everyone. The group focuses on helping children develop their abilities and build brighter futures through individualized support, collaboration with families, and contemporary therapeutic and educational approaches. Its distinctive education programs aim to draw out each person’s strengths while fostering creativity, knowledge, and compassion.

MITSUBA’s activities span early childhood education, support for children with developmental disabilities, disability welfare and support services, day care services, and the sale of educational materials. Its facilities include developmental support centers and preschool education classrooms. The company also provides services for people with disabilities, with a focus on helping participants grow and contribute to society.
