## Description

Eagle Aviators Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based at Eagle County Regional Airport in Gypsum, Colorado. Its mission is to connect local youth with aviation through hands-on learning, mentorship, and flight training. The organization welcomes students to participate in aircraft construction, simulator practice, ground school, flight instruction, and administrative activities, with options suited to different interests and schedules.

Students work alongside aviation professionals to build aircraft, including a Rans S-21 intended for training and a Hatz Biplane. Their project and administrative work can earn Fly Bucks, which help reduce flight-training costs. Eagle Aviators also offers free discovery flights for young people ages 8–17 through EAA Young Eagles and other student opportunities. A RedBird TD2 simulator and instructor support early flight practice, while ground-school guidance helps prepare students for FAA exams. Flight instruction is available in a Cessna 172, from beginner through commercial-pilot training. The organization invites students, volunteers, and donors to support its youth aviation programs.
