Led by Pastor Tim Dowdy, the church has successfully extended the hope of the gospel through various ministries.

Notably, Eagle's Landing Christian Academy (ELCA) has become one of their vital ministries, offering quality education with a Kingdom Education focus. Additionally, the church has expanded its reach by revitalizing Teamon Baptist Church in Griffin, GA. In 2020, Trea Brinson was approved as the new Lead Pastor.

They are partnered with Great Commission Baptists and participate in missionary organizations such as the International Mission Board (IMB), the North American Mission Board (NAMB), and Send Relief. Eagle's Landing also uses the English Standard Version (ESV) of the Bible for their services and teaching environments.
