The Environment Agency Pension Fund (EAPF) is dedicated to providing pension schemes for its members. As a contributing member, you have access to various services and benefits. For members paying AVCs to Prudential, you can start, amend, or stop payments by visiting www.pru.co.uk/localgov. Prudential is currently experiencing delays in processing contributions and claims, but rest assured that your contributions will be backdated and claims will be paid out. The delays are expected to be resolved by early April. If you pay AVCs to Standard Life, you can start or amend payments by calling 0345 279 8831 or emailing newentrant_quotes@standardlife.com. For Clerical Medical and Equitable Life, please make the necessary changes through their respective platforms. The EAPF aims to provide a seamless experience and excellent customer service to its members, ensuring a secure and reliable pension for the future.
