Our services are offered free of charge to families, thanks to the generosity of our founders, the Scottish Rite Masons, and our community of donors. We understand that there are over 30,000 children in Washington state under the age of five who may be facing speech and language delays. Our mission is to help these children overcome communication issues at a crucial developmental stage, ensuring that they reach their full potential for lifelong success. At Early Life Speech & Language, we work with children who have significant speech or language delays, while developing typically in other areas. Our services are available to all, regardless of family income, insurance, or Masonic affiliation. It is our belief that parents and caregivers play a vital role in the treatment process, which is why we work closely with them to define treatment goals and provide guidance on how to improve essential speech and language skills at home. Through our free Parent Education classes and our inclusive approach, we aim to equip parents with the tools they need to support their child’s development. By addressing speech and language issues early on, we help children avoid developmental, academic, and social setbacks. Our organization is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) founded and supported by the Scottish Rite Masons.
