Every dish is crafted with warm hearts and 100% scratch-made ingredients, from the house-cured and smoked bacon to the freshly-made challah for the French toast. Even the hot sauce, butter, and preserves are fermented, blended, and bottled in-house. As a former pop-up restaurant, Early to Rise has now set its sights on becoming a fully-realized brick and mortar establishment.
