## Description

Early Years, formerly known as Child Care Services Association, has rebranded to better reflect its mission and commitment to enhancing early care and education. With a legacy spanning over 50 years, Early Years champions accessible, high-quality early education for all children and families, serving as a vital advocate for the early learning workforce. The organization collaborates with professionals, policymakers, and parents, aiming for equitable access to essential early childhood services.

Early Years offers a range of programs and resources, including the TEACH Early Childhood® and Child Care WAGE$® initiatives, which support professional development and compensation for early childhood educators. Their Child Care Resource & Referral services assist families in finding suitable child care, while initiatives like spoonFULL address early childhood homelessness. The rebranding includes a vibrant logo and a tagline emphasizing a comprehensive approach to enhancing early care and education, making it clear they are a key player in driving meaningful change in the sector. Early Years remains dedicated to supporting children’s joyful and supported childhoods across North Carolina.
