## Description

Clout is a platform for launching and discovering coins with a rewards model that directs creator fees to the people who post about a coin. Its central proposition is simple: users can post about a coin, hold it, and earn payouts in SOL every hour, subject to the platform’s rules and eligibility requirements. According to Clout, deployers receive nothing for launching a coin; creator fees instead go to qualifying people who help promote it.

The site brings together tools for launching coins and exploring them, alongside sections for earning, rankings, and information about how the system works. Its guidance covers where fees go, how rewards are scored, anti-abuse measures, claiming, eligibility, disclosures, and caps and rollover. These features indicate a focus on making the fee distribution process visible and explaining how participation is assessed. Clout is aimed at users interested in coin launches, community promotion, and SOL-based rewards, while its published rules provide context on who can earn and how payouts are handled.
