## Description

The Earthing Institute is a nonprofit organization focused on education, community outreach, and research related to earthing, also known as grounding. It describes earthing as reconnecting the body with the Earth through contact such as walking barefoot or sleeping while grounded, and promotes it as a way to support well-being. The Institute shares information about the practice, its history, getting started, and medical and medication considerations, alongside FAQs, advisories, testimonials, and feedback from health professionals.

Its resources include articles, videos, interviews, success stories, and educational materials covering topics such as sleep, stress, pain, recovery, and performance. The organization also offers courses, including certification courses available in English, Spanish, and French, with a course catalog and student dashboard. Visitors can explore its blog, research section, the Earthing movie, and the Earthing book.

The Institute invites individuals to join its mailing list and support its work through donations. It says contributions help expand earthing education and support research, and it is raising funds for earthing research.
