## Description

The Earth Policy Institute (EPI) was established in 2001 with the vision of creating a sustainable future and providing a roadmap to achieve it. Although EPI has closed its doors, its legacy lives on through Rutgers University hosting the website. The institute promoted Plan B, a comprehensive strategy to shift from a fossil-fuel-based economy to one supported by renewable energy sources like wind, solar, and biofuels. EPI focused on key areas such as climate, energy, food, agriculture, and policy to address global challenges. Through publications, documentaries, and data analysis, EPI aimed to raise awareness and inspire action for a more sustainable world. Despite the closure, EPI's mission continues to resonate, urging individuals to take sustainable actions in their daily lives. Join the movement towards a greener future.
