## Description

EarthScale is a UK-wide programme helping promising climate technology ventures move from prototype towards commercial scale. Its 12-month programme is designed for UK-registered businesses developing solutions that contribute to net zero or climate change mitigation and adaptation. Applicants must have raised seed investment and be at Technology Readiness Level 5 or 6. EarthScale addresses the technical, financial and commercial challenges that can slow the path to deployment, connecting ventures with a national network of regional university hubs.

Participants receive tailored enterprise development support, including guidance on scaling plans, fundraising and business priorities, alongside opportunities to build relationships with investors and commercial partners. The programme also provides access to technical and manufacturing facilities, expertise and pre-paid vouchers worth up to £14,000 for eligible labs and services. Further support covers talent, company culture, peer learning, policy, procurement, certification and regulatory requirements. Through coaching, workshops and connections across academia and industry, EarthScale aims to help ventures de-risk growth, strengthen their route to market and contribute to a resilient, lower-carbon economy.
