East African Community Services (EACS) is a dynamic brand dedicated to serving and empowering East African Communities in South Seattle and South King County. With a rich history of 18 years, EACS has evolved from a direct social services organization to an innovative education services organization. At EACS, our mission is to prepare the next generation of East African youth for higher education and meaningful careers that they love.

We offer a range of impactful programs and services, including K-12 After School Programs, the Educating the Horn Summer Day Camp, Youth Mentorship, YouthCode + Robotics (S. T. E.

M. ), Parent Leadership Training Institute, and U. S.

Citizenship Classes. As one of the largest East-African led education organizations in Washington State, we engage over 240 youth and 70 families annually through our youth and family-oriented programs. We are proud to assist many immigrant families in their pursuit of American Citizenship.
