INDATA | Indianapolis IN is a leading provider of programs for people with disabilities in the community. They have been offering their services for over 80 years, recognizing the importance of helping individuals with disabilities achieve and maintain their highest levels of independence. In 1979, INDATA incorporated assistive technology into their employment training programs, and subsequently established the Assistive Technology Center at Easterseals Crossroads in 1990. This center provides technology solutions for all program areas. In collaboration with the State of Indiana Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services, INDATA launched the Indiana Assistive Technology Act (INDATA) Project in 2007. This project aims to increase access and awareness of assistive technology. INDATA is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities by providing device demonstrations, a device lending library, equipment reuse, alternative financing, full-day trainings, clinical assistive technology, workplace accommodations, and web and document accessibility services.
