## Description

East Side King is a vibrant and creative brand that draws inspiration from Asian cultures, rock bands, art, and the laid-back atmosphere of Austin. With a commitment to quality, they use only the finest ingredients, including all natural pork that comes from 100% vegetarian-fed pigs raised without antibiotics, hormones, or crates. Founded by Paul Qui and Moto Utsunomiya, East Side King started as a food truck behind the Liberty Bar but has since expanded to include a brick and mortar location on South Lamar, a catering department, and the expertise of talented individuals like Thai Changthong, Executive Chef of Thai-Kun. When it comes to their food, East Side King prides itself on making everything from scratch, including sauces, marinades, and kimchi. They utilize fresh and whole herbs for maximum flavor impact, and many of their vegetarian dishes can be made vegan. Additionally, they offer gluten-free options. Whether you're in Austin or Houston, East Side King is the go-to brand for innovative and delicious Asian-inspired cuisine.
