## Description

DISA Global Solutions, formerly GHRR, provides an integrated platform for employment screening and talent acquisition. Its services bring hiring, candidate assessment, and screening workflows together to help organizations make more informed hiring decisions. The company’s DISAScreen platform gives hiring managers an intuitive dashboard for submitting screening orders and tracking candidate progress, with notifications and automatic activity logs to keep teams informed.

DISA also focuses on the applicant experience through a secure, centralized portal. Candidates can review disclosures, sign documents electronically, provide information, and register for requested services without moving between websites. The process can be customized with an employer’s branding and language, and candidates receive guidance, access to support, and help locating nearby collection sites when needed. Unique barcodes support faster, paperless check-ins at clinics and medical facilities. Once an order is complete, candidates can review and download a copy of their report. With connected technology and support for both employers and applicants, DISA aims to make employment screening simpler, clearer, and more manageable.
