## Description

EasyPin is a comprehensive guest arrival management system that utilizes electronic keys and smart locks, eliminating the need for physical presence of the owner. It is primarily designed for small hotels, hostels, and short-term rental hosts who list their properties on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. EasyPin saves valuable time for both owners and guests while providing a secure and worry-free experience. With EasyPin, guests no longer have to be restricted by check-in hours, as they can enter their rented space using a digital key without the owner's presence. When a reservation is confirmed, the owner simply assigns the guest's arrival and departure dates, room/apartment number, and the system generates an entry PIN and/or QR code to be sent via email or SMS. The code is then stored in the access control device on the property, valid for the designated timeframe. The EasyPin system can also be integrated with existing PMS software for seamless automation. The installation of access control devices is both wireless and wired, allowing for flexibility depending on the property's infrastructure. The system can be easily expanded using expansion modules, making it suitable for single-room or multi-room properties. Guests can enter the premises effortlessly using a PIN or QR code, even without an internet connection. The owner can remotely open the door for the guest by calling the EasyPin system, activating the electric lock. For properties equipped with QR code readers, guests can simply present the QR code on their phone or on paper to unlock the door. Any changes are promptly communicated to the guest via SMS or email. EasyPin supports various types of electric locks, including classic electric strikers and Utopic-OK smart locks, which can be easily installed on existing Euro-cylinders. The smart lock is wirelessly connected to the EasyPin system and operates on rechargeable Li-Ion batteries, with USB charging capability. The EasyPin system is constantly evolving, allowing for remote control and software upgrades. Its built-in system operates autonomously and only connects to the server when necessary, such as when generating a new PIN code, changing arrival dates, or switching apartments. Guests are kept informed of any updates through SMS or email notifications. The system functions independently of WiFi or LAN connections, relying solely on a mobile network for its operation. The control unit in each property contains a SIM card that facilitates data exchange with the server. The SIM card remains valid for 10 years without the need for periodic recharging. With EasyPin, electronic key transmission is quick and easy, making the check-in process hassle-free for both owners and guests.
