## Description

Eating to Heal is a Miami, Florida-based personal chef and functional nutrition service founded by Sara Howard, owner, chef, and functional nutrition coach. The brand helps individuals and families build a healthy, preventative lifestyle through food, with an emphasis on nutrient-dense whole ingredients and avoiding modern processed foods. Its approach considers how food can support wellness and the body’s metabolic system, while encouraging conscious choices that fit each client’s needs.

Services include in-person personal chef support for meal preparation and private events, as well as virtual and in-person functional food cooking classes. Functional nutrition coaching is available virtually and can include collaborative goal-setting, customized weekly shopping lists, templates, and recipe guides tailored to a client’s budget and lifestyle. Private lessons offer practical, time- and cost-conscious techniques for keeping healthy options ready at home. Eating to Heal also shares meal ideas, recipes, and blog content to help people make nourishing food choices. Through personalized menus and approachable guidance, the brand aims to make health-focused eating more accessible for everyday life.
