Community Health Northwest Florida is a non-profit community health center dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to the medically underserved population of the Pensacola Bay Area and surrounding regions of Florida. Our mission is rooted in the belief that everyone has a basic right to healthcare, and we are committed to delivering a full range of health and wellness services to all who walk through our doors. Founded in 1992, we have grown from a small outpatient primary care clinic to a network of nine locations, thanks in large part to the vision and advocacy of our former Executive Director, Don Turner.

Under his leadership, we achieved designation as a Federally Qualified Health Center in 2007. At Community Health Northwest Florida, we prioritize compassion, respect, and quality in our care. We treat each person with dignity and provide uncompromising quality care and service.
