## Description

ALAKRANA is a brand under the company Echebastar, a Basque fishing company located in Bermeo. With a fleet of 6 tuna vessels, they have been dedicated to tuna fishing since 1967, promoting sustainable fishing practices, responsible use of seafood products, and utmost respect for the environment. Their products are known for their pureness, freshness, flavor, texture, and healthy properties. This is achieved through their advanced ultra-freezing system at -60°C, as well as their comprehensive control over the entire production and supply chain. Echebastar takes responsible fishing seriously, having reduced their fishing capacity by 25% from 2003 to 2015. They have embraced a different approach to doing things and have placed a strong focus on ultra-freezing. Additionally, ALAKRANA, their tuna brand, has been recognized with the EUROFISHING award at the WORLD MARITIME WEEK event held in Bilbao Exhibition. Echebastar continues to set milestones and pursue future challenges, ensuring their commitment to high-quality products and sustainable fishing practices.
