## Description

Sarbacane is a brand of Positive Group France, a software publisher based near Lille that specializes in email marketing for small and medium-sized businesses. Its professional email routing solution enables clients to send information by email, with campaigns subject to review for compliance before delivery. Sarbacane’s approach emphasizes responsible communication: campaigns that lack required consent, an unsubscribe link, or other regulatory safeguards may be refused. When a campaign raises concerns, the moderation team can advise the sender on bringing it into compliance.

The company also provides a channel for recipients to report suspected spam or other violations, including concerns about message content, unsubscribe processes, or data collection. Reports are handled by a dedicated analysis and complaints team, which can take action against users who breach the service policy. Positive Group France belongs to the Data & Marketing Association France and follows its code of ethics for electronic direct communication. Sarbacane’s website also directs visitors to information about its activities, terms of service, privacy protection, and anti-spam policy.
