## Description

EcoMovimento is a licensed waste-operation and management company founded in Guimarães in 2011. It focuses on the collection and recycling of used cooking oil, helping households, businesses, schools and industry manage this waste responsibly and support environmental protection.

For homes, EcoMovimento provides the GOTA collection point network and an online map to help residents find a nearby location for their used oil. Its HORECA service serves restaurants, cafés, hotels, canteens and schools, with scheduled collections, waste transfer documentation, collection certificates and assistance with required Siliamb registration. The company also offers collection services adapted to larger volumes from industrial producers.

Through its “Oleão Vai à Escola” initiative, EcoMovimento invites schools to take part in used-oil recycling. Its app enables HORECA and industrial customers to request and schedule collections, review collection histories, access electronic waste tracking documents and use other service features. Households can use the app to locate GOTA collection points.
